RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

1. Conditions for Return or Exchange

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Naskin purchase. If, upon receiving your order, you encounter any of the following issues, you are welcome to initiate a return or exchange immediately:

  • Incorrect Item: The product you received doesn't match the item you ordered (wrong type, model, or description).
  • Incomplete Order: Your order is missing parts or components that were specified in your original purchase.
  • Damaged Packaging: The product's outer packaging arrived torn, dented, or otherwise damaged.

Please be prepared to provide documentation (photos, order confirmation, etc.) to support your return or exchange request.

2. Timeframes for Notification and Return Shipping

  • Notification: You must notify us of your intent to return or exchange an item within 48 hours of receiving it, especially for cases involving missing accessories, gifts, or damaged items.
  • Return Shipping: The item must be shipped back to us within 7 days of the original delivery date.
  • Return Location: You have the option to return the product directly to our Phnom Penh store or ship it back to us via mail.

Additional Notes

  • Product Condition: Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and with all tags and labels attached.
  • Refunds vs. Exchanges: We offer both refunds and exchanges, depending on your preference and product availability.
  • Product Quality Concerns: For feedback or complaints about product quality, please contact our customer service hotline.
